The joystick stop working

Hi ! Sorry for my poor english ... so it's both joystick they stop working ! nothing have change and no one drop it on the ground... the pad works ebery thing else work great it's a 1 year old controller !

I cant find any option to enable/disable it...

so if someone know what is wrong i'm all ears ! ... eyes ??!

The joystick not working properly.

How can we avail product support like repair orreplacement

 

Problem

My right joystick is not working. Up and down are working but right and left are not working. I am not able to play shooting games. Please somebody tell the solution.

 

Have you tried resyncing the controller?

You coukd also try plugging the controller into the the system and syncing that way.

Aso the obvious question is, are the batteries fresh?

 

yes the batteries are fresh ... i'll try the synch thanks

 

if the sync doesnt work you can always set up a repair order

I live in Pakistan, I purchased Xbox one last month from Jeddah. Now I want to pay the yearly subscription of £39.99 from my uncle's Mastercard credit card who is living in London and card is also of London but it is not being accepted by microsoft I
dont know what is the problem with you. It should be done after some verifiction but microsoft is microsoft it is creating more problem rather than to solve it.

Kindly tell me any solution.

The region of your xbox account must match the region of your payment method, If you're microsoft account is registered as pakistan then you won't be able to use a card that is registered with another country.

 

controllers only have a 90 day warranty unless you purchase an extended warranty when you get the controller.
