LOL , and what proof did xbox live have to do this with !?!?

The most hypocritical bunch of crap... you block a guy , and still see him playing the game, and have to play with him. You report him and months later he is still trolling doing the same crap, yet you ask him to stop, he tells you to **** OFF, you get
suspsended , and on your alternate account you see him playing and all is well for him ...

This staff should have zero rights to suspsend ANY ACCOUNT PERIOD WITHOUT FIRST IMPLEMENTING A VOTE TO KICK SYSTEM FROM GAMES. The reason can be as simple as you didn't want him there, he doesn't need to be punished for it, just a way for players to get
rid of the one that is trolling them, or simply in some cases, not skilled enough or strong enough to complete a task ( RPG games ) and is just hindering your party and wasting your time as he doesn't know better, not his fault, but he has to go, its gonna
enrage players, a simple vote-kick maybe the reason is you are underpowered, not wanted, trolling, whatever, just something to get the players we do not want to play with out of there. This would cut down on the frustration and nerd rage messages .

The block system doesn't work, reporting doesn't work, lets get a system in that actually does work.

YEs its a video, nothing to get upset about, but someone wasting my time annoys me, time is something that cannot be gotten back, I want to go online and enjoy my gaming experience, I thought that was the point of the enforcement team, so far they have
done nothing to help, and everything to punish... again PUT A WORKING SYSTEM IN PLACE .... ANd you cannot even talk to these jamooks, I assume its because they would get a lot of hate mail as they do a crappy job of doing their job ...

The xbox enforcement team is a **** joke

You can defend yourself but if you do it in a way that violates the ToU/CoC then you risk being suspended.

As mentioned,the age rating on a game has nothing to do with the online side of it,something every game with online tells you.

No one cares if you buy a PS4 or not.

The rules are the same on PSN/PS4 although they don't give you as many chances if you break their ToU/CoC.they outright ban you.

I'm sorry to see any frustrations about how Enforcement actions are handled. Blocking on the Xbox One currently only blocks the user from reaching out to you on the Xbox Live service; if they are still showing up in game for you, then you will need to submit
in-game feedback if that is available. Vote to kick within a game is up to the developers of said game; we do not have any control over what kind of system games have in them for removing toxic users. Any suspensions taken against accounts that are not yours
will not be visible to you; for example, if someone is suspended from communications, they would still be able to play on Xbox Live multiplayer. For more information on the types of bans that can be done, check out the

Enforcement site. Lastly, the situation in which you are referencing is being handled by the appropriate people, and will continue to be handled privately with that user.

We are unable to assist with these situations as they are not support related, but I see you are passionate about providing feedback on this. I suggest making a constructive post over on the
Feedback site to give your pain points and how it could be improved. This is the best way to ensure your voice is heard on this matter.

Remember to follow the
Code of Conduct always, and retaliating of any form is against the CoC which could result in a suspension of your own account.

The Enforcement teams don't use the forums at all and only communicate through a

Case Review. 24 Hour communications suspensions and Console Suspensions are not reviewable, however you can find more information in these cases through the communication sent by the teams to the email address associated with your Xbox Live Gamertag. Remember
that all suspensions are only enforced when a breach of the Code of Conduct or Terms of Service has happened.

One of the common myths is that people who report another user for no reason will see that person suspended. This is not the case and in fact is subject to action as well for false reports which you can find more information about Enforcement Myths HERE.

If you believe the suspension was in error and if you're eligible, you can submit a case review using the steps

HERE, however sometimes you're asked to complete a short questionnaire before you can submit a case review. All of the questions refer to the

Code of Conduct, which you should review prior to filing the review. If you fail on the questionnaire during the Case Review, don't worry as you'll be given another chance in 24 hours.

Of course you would say that there is nothing to fix your a ambassador for Xbox live you've probably never said a cussword on Xbox live ever. I realized after this ban that people with thick skin is hard to come by these days their
quick to deal out the trash talk but not grown enough to handle it and will report you when stuff doesn't go their way........ Don't dish it out if you can't take it.

PlayStation has similar rules they just don't enforce them as pathetic as Microsoft does. Im done with Xbox One. PC master race/ps4 pro thank you very much. My xbox one can get someone else suspended pathetically THANK YOU VERY MUCH

I cant imagine,, the baggins is no fun. This I know.., but to be stuck in a close quarter matchup with a band of misfits catcalling instead of playing the objective, the game, and using the construct as their personal living room hang spot, gets pretty annoying.
Music helps, A Lot.., keeping an eye on the teammates so you don't stick your neck too far ahead when they lolligag high-fiving in the background, like they've just learned how.., getting killed doing what you were there to do. Maybe those particular games
you play have a way to mute the voice chat, at least I hope they all do. I know its rough enough to have naive clearing of throats and fumbling endlessly the headset/mic about loudly in my ear with little/to-no volume control from the game voip system to
access. Music on another device as well, to free up interference with gaming functions and likely to be less of a distraction. Gotta love it when those annoying same sound songs, Krewella, that continue to play because of lack of UI to a "never play anything
from this artist ever again, mmkay" option.

Tough it out, learn where they are failing. I'm still trying to find the sweet time spots to not get the herd of juvenile rush and die gamer, all to respawn and do again. Sometimes late at night, when all is quiet, a masterful game matchmake in rNG heaven
can be found in which teammates perform in sheer synchronicity with barely a spat from a vgs about GG, etc.
