    Hello,

    I contacted Xbox support again after not receiving a code for rocket league upon completion of a promotion. the forms were able to help me however I was sent the wrong code. I was given a code for one month of Xbox live rather than the game. After talking
    to Xbox support, they acknowledge the prize for the Xbox October quest was a copy of the game rocket league and acknowledge that I have completed the requirements for the quest. I spoke to Mr. Beep about the issue and nothing further has been done. please
    help.

    Added to this there is no quest followup in my journal. It simply marked itself completed and moved to the done file. The "taking care of business" quest isn't there.

    Didn't receive Oct or Nov quest "mystery prize"

    Dear support team I need your help! I have not received the prize for completing the quests for both October and November.

    I was so excited when you launched quest rewards, but am starting to feel like I just wasted a bunch of time playing the games and apps required to complete the quests.

    I have called twice to try and get this resolved. The first time they just told me to wait until the end of November (to get October reward) and the second time they said that only way it can be resolved is by posting thread in this forum (they sent me link)
    How can I get the prizes I put in the time to earn? Please save the day and turn this poor experience into a good one!

    Hey there,

    As mentioned before, the rewards given to those participating in the Xbox Quest and Game Pass Goals are not guaranteed. If this is in regards to a different promotion, please post back to let us know, but Rocket League is not a guaranteed reward for the Quests
    as the rewards are randomly drawn depending on the amount of goals completed. The reward you were supposed to receive has already been delivered.

  5. i mean considering how much extra work that i had to go through to get replies from the forums and still not getting the same exact prize others got for doing the quest seems rather unfair. It was alot more work spending upwards
    of 20-30 minutes per phone call reexplaining the issue. can the rules be bent in favor of the customer this one time please? because i spoke to xbox support and they told me that the forums do have the power to make fair adjustments to a player's account.
    I'm saying can you please do me this favor for all the extra work i had to do for this one game. I lost my only chance of getting it on sale in black Friday for 5 dollars as i was told the issue was being resolved.

  6. this was an issue I have been dealing with since November 1st up until today. thats a month and a half of calling xbox support and it isn't fair that im getting shafted when you know you can make that change to be fair to me. Im asking can you please make
    a compensation for all the extra time I spent contacting xbox about this.

  7. like you said, this was an automated system, and others didnt have to fight microsoft for a month and a half to get a prize, then just get shafted in the end.
