    The interview stopped downloading


    I just rented The Interview (SD) and I opted to download the movie. It stopped downloading at 30% and it is no longer in my active downloads. I tried going to account management to see if I can download it against but it doesn't have that option. It only
    gives me the option to purchase or to delete it. Any input would be greatly appreciated and thank you.

    stopped downloading

    I was downloading Forza 6 apex for a few days. It was going great, until it stopped downloading. It still shows starting download, but nothing happens. Because of this, the Windows Storeis jammed up right now. Please fix this.

    Installation Stopped

    I'm downloading Fortnite Battle Royale again because I accidentally uninstalled it, anyway I'm downloading the game and stopped at 67.4% and said installation stopped and then proceeded to download another game that I was downloading. What is the fix?

    Sorry to hear it. If you've checked at Xbox Video and it says that you have to repurchase it then you should contact phone support for more assistance. If you live in North America dial 1-800-469-9269

    It sounds like you got a partial download. If you choose the delete option, you should be presented with the option to download it again. If not, you'll need to contact customer support directly as onyx62is has mentioned,

    Is this a K2 issue or a DR3 issue?

    To be fair we know interviewers etc have been asked to be quiet and or stop moving when they were demonstrating kinnect2 for a fair few months, it's not surprising at all.

    Digital Xbox One Release

    I've watched a lot of footage on Diablo III ultimate evil edition. Recently they've done an interview with games stop. They said that it will be digital on the day of the release on XBOX ONE, and you can pre-download it before the release for PS4. Anyways
    it will be digital, however the price will be around 60 pounds(not sure in dollars). I'd rather pay 40 in a games shop. I'll get it tomorrow first thing after work!
