    Hello!

    2 days ago I bought an XBox S Series console. Initially, I updated the console and then installed 3 games. The next day, after I tried to install a 4th game, the "Install" button no longer works. I reset the console, thinking it was from space. I have 0.7% free space now and the same thing is happening to me:

    When I press the 'INSTALL' button of a game, the respective window disappears and nothing happens. I tried to change the Microsoft account and the internet, nothing works.

    Even from the 'XBOX' application on iOS it does not work to install a game on the console.

    Sorry for the confusion I am under the impression that you just reset the console keeping games and apps because 0.7% for free storage is a bit low.

    Are there any third-party accessories plugged into your console? An external hard drive, keyboard, and mouse, or third-party headsets? If yes, kindly unplug them.

    No, I only connected the power cable, HDMI and the controller (this being wireless).

    Is it possible that the problem is with the software and I need to return the console to the store?

    It seems like a very big problem, considering that after I press 'INSTALL' it doesn't give me any error, just the window disappears.

    I specified in the description. I don't have any games installed because I reset it thinking that would fix the problem.

    I did powercycle, same problem.

    Hi, I hope you're doing great out there. I am an Independent advisor and I am here to help you in regard to your concern.

    Can you please try uninstalling one game and then trying to install this game?

    Also, please perform a powercycle on your console before testing it out again.

    If you have already reset the console removing everything, will be the next step, to get the console replaced.

    You can have it checked on the store where you purchased it or through Microsoft by signing in to https://account.microsoft.com/devices.
