The Hypocrisy OF THE Xbox One 500GB Storage VS Downloadable Games VS Cloud

First off I hope people STILL HAVE THE RIGHT TO FREEDOM OF SPEECH.....O.K. That's off my chest...I just realized the stupidity of it all in that there is a service of BUYING unlimited DOWNLOADABLE GAMES from XBOX LIVE,but the stupidity of it is THERE IS
A LIMIT OF STORAGE OF THE XBOX ONE STORAGE OF 500GB....But Microsoft HAD A GREAT THING GOING FOR THE XBOX 360 BOTH HAD UNLIMITED BUYING POTENTIAL FROM XBOX LIVE AND ALSO UNLIMITED STORAGE SPACE OF ALWAYS BEING ABLE TO BUY REMOVABLE HARD DRIVES and yet I just
read an article that Microsoft WANTS PEOPLE TO USE THE CLOUD....The question is that if Microsoft wants people to use the cloud then they should have developed a system where instead of downloading the game to a hard drive per se then they should have created
a platform of just being able to stream the games over the internet if they were going to limit the hard drive capabilities because if you still were going to have downloadable games instead of streaming games then you have to have removable storage for unlimited
storage to downloadable games....the common sense and the hypocrisy of it all!!!!!!!!!!!! For if you offer streaming games then you well don't need to have the storage space to download the games for its being streamed....The common sense and the hypocrisy
of it all!!!!!!!.....I REALLY HOPE MICROSOFT GOES BACK TO THE DRAWING BOARD AND THINK THIS THROUGH MORE INTELLIGENTLY NEXT TIME AND CREATE A BETTER CONSOLE.......AND DONT TAKE 10 YEARS TO CREATE IT....THERE NEEDS TO BE A NEW CONSOLE OH SAY IN 5 YEARS TIME......I
REALLY HAVE CONTEMPT FOR XBOX ONE......LONG LIVE THE XBOX 360!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

XBOX ONE NUBE and Storage confusion

I have an Xbox one 500GB. When content fills the 500GB, what is the best answer? Im unclear if games (not saves) are stored in the cloud?? Also, Ive read Xbox oene will accepet external storage, and i read it will.noet. Wont moest games and coentent be
downloaded to the 500GB HD???

 

Does USB3.0 of Xbox One support UASP?

In June Update, X1 can support external storage via USB3.0, but my question is that the USB3.0 of X1 can support UASP?

UASP is very useful for SSD! Windows 8 can natively support it.

Remember, at one pont the 360 would never have more than a 100GB Hdd....

Much like the 500GB limit now. You must be silly to think it's not going to change........

 

The first 360`s had less than 20gb usable space,didn`t they?

No doubt as each version is released the space will double.

By the time the slim arrives they will have more than enough storage space,with added external space too.

EDIT: Aren`t you the guy that is addicted to buying downloaded games and never even playing them?

With your addiction no amount of space will ever be enough.

I will point out that you do, in fact have potentially unlimited hard drive space on the Xbox One. You are able to plug in a USB 3.0 external drive to the console, giving you whatever capacity that hard drive is (ie, I have a
3Tb external hard drive on my Xbox One). Unlike the 360, which only limits you to 32Gb of external data.

Your contempt for the Xbox One because of the lack of data storage is baseless.

 

Storage will go up and I have a feeling by the end of the Xbox One we'll have up to 2 or 3tb of storage. Right now it may be low, but there will be upgrades soon enough.

 

You want to know the funny part?? Ever since grade school when I had learned about "FREEDOM OF SPEECH" I have always have taken it to heart that the "FREEDOM OF SPEECH"both applies to the government along with also to business and to individuals...so I have
always had this mind set of "FREEDOM OF SPEECH" as to being applied to EVERYONE AND EVERYTHING NO MATTER WHAT!!!! HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA!!!!!! and to the other point I had not realized that the Xbox One was already setup to use external hard drives I thought
there needed to be some type of update applied to the console before it would start working....the update must of been applied and I had not noticed....then its good I will go get a new external hard drive as soon as the 500gb is filled up....thanks

You are NOT forced to steam over the cloud. poor conectivity is NOT the fault of MS..... I also thought external drives were not supported yet for the ONE.......

 

External drive support was enabled in the last 2 updates, Bong..
