The hunter call of the wild dlc not working offline

Go and make sure the DLC itself is actually downloaded. Just because you purchased it from the Xbox store doesn’t mean that it automatically downloaded.

-1. Click on “My Games and Apps”

-2. Press the menu button (the start button) while highlighting COTW and click on “Manage Game”

-3. Check if the DLC is under the section of already installed or under the section of not yet installed. I’ll bet that the DLC is not actually installed, this is a common problem when DLC doesn’t work.

If you see that the DLC is in fact already installed and it still doesn’t work then follow these steps.

-1. Delete the game and DLC. Make sure to delete both.

-2. Shut down the Xbox completely. Not power saving mode or sleep mode. Actually off. A full restart.

-3. Install the game again. Then install DLC again.

-DO NOT start the game until all installs finish 100%. I know Xbox has the ability to launch games before they are finished installing but don’t do it. That can cause glitches sometimes, at least on Xbox anyway.

Try that and good luck. Ask me any questions and I’ll answer the best that I can. I’m just curious, which DLC is it that isn’t working? A map? Weapon pack?

For game add-ons -or DLC- the first place to check is in your games and apps:

- In your games list, select a game, press the Menu button on your controller, and then select Manage game & add-ons.
- There, look for them under the Installed or Ready to Install list.

If you cannot find them there, please sign in at http://store.xbox.com and search for them. From there, you can also trigger the installation to the console.
