    The Horizon 4 was stuck at bootscreen when I was update my windows 10 to Dev version build...


    As mentioned，the Horizon 4 could not run after the OS update。It was stuck when open at bootscreen then quite automatically。I have already repair、reset、 reinstall the games、Xbox App and Xbox service，the problem could not be solved。Is there any other way to solve this？

    Not sure if this will help, but your Windows build is from November 2019. Can you update to the latest version?

    Why doesn't inviting/getting invited to a party work in Xbox Game Bar???

    I've had the same issue for over a month as well. The only "light at the end" of all this is my buddy who's running on the Fast Ring of Windows 10 Preview Builds. My Game Bar version is 3.38.xx.xxx whatever. His version on Windows 2004 (Spring 2020 update)
    is 4.xx.xxx and he has a button next to the "Search/Add" text field to "Start Party". He can even make the party invite-only (which when we DID have party chat via the Game Bar, we didn't have that function). So my hope is........ next major Windows update,
    we'll get Party Chat working again. BUT IF ANY MSFT DEVS WANNA GIVE US A ROADMAP INSTEAD OF GUESSING............=)
