My Horizon 4 on Steam today because of a bug caused me not to wait and not force quit, when I restarted, it showed a game save conflict, so I chose to overwrite Steam's cloud save. When I entered the game, the data of the game changed to 1 hour ago, but I got more than 10 million CR through the auction house an hour ago, and purchased the castle, resulting in the fact that I now have no castle and my original CR in the game save, but the Steam achievements show that I have achieved castles. I hope the official can recover my data with compensation.

Try to do it from another browser and if the same thing happens to you, open two tabs, one to log in and another to create the ticket, when you log in, from the other tab choose "Create a ticket".

nobody at forza devs will be able to help, the saves are on steams servers and they have no access, only steam could check to see if recoverable and they always state they aren't. the official support for forza can do nothing. does not matter if you have proof of the cheevo, it is a save file that you overwrote on steams cloud, its gone, that is it.
