    Notifications aka Toast pop up Alerts Not working

    Yes No toast dialog box at bottom of the screen and the app was closed

    Feb 2014 Update - Tri-Peaks/Pyramid System Crash Bug is Back

    Hi Redmist2005,

    We sure hope that this bug hasn't come back. Do you have the new Star Club option in the game? Let's make certain that nothing has become corrupted in the game's files. In order to do so, we'll have to uninstall/reinstall the game. After you uninstall,
    but before you reinstall, let's also refresh the Windows Store app. On the Start screen, hold down the Windows Key+R to open the Run dialog box. In the dialog box, type wsreset.exe, and hit Ok.

    Once the Windows Store app has been refreshed, go ahead and reinstall the game. Please let me know if that handles the issue or if you still continue to have a problem after reinstallation of the game.

    Sorry to hear about the issue. First, let's try power cycling your Xbox One console by holding the power button until the console fully powers down. Then, remove the power cable from the back of the console and let it sit for 5 minutes. After that time passes,
    boot back up and try again!

    If the issue persists, next let's try a quick Factory Restore on your Xbox One console by selecting Reset and keep my games & apps.

    I keep getting popups for Age of Empires IV: Anniversary Edition X-box game- I blocked all Xbox popups but it still keeps coming up - How do I get rid of this from happening ?

    I discovered that when my laptop closes down and I have to reenter the pass code, I tend to click in the center of the screen. There is a box there with text in it that I usually ignore and just click. That dialog box is a link to Xbox Empires.

    If I don't click in the center of the screen where the dialog box is, I don't go directly to that stupid advertisement.

    A subterfuge based on a tendency to click in a certain location. It's not malware, but annoying in any case.
