So I am having the same problem as you, I just finished every Halo MCC campaign, including Halo: ODST, and I do not have the Helioskrill armor. Have you had any success? I have tried talking to Microsoft and removing my account and signing back in, but nothing
has helped. I even tried looking at the settings for my games, and nothing has helped. Would you have any recommendations?

Hi, I am sorry foryour issue,as you stated the Helioskrill armour in Halo 5 should unlock after completing the halo MCC base campaign on legendary, but in this period is not working as wanted... 343 knows the problem and they are working on it, but for now
they created a "workaround" for this issue

If you follow the steps descrbed in the above post on halowaypoint you should unlock it, if it doesn't work you can directly contact the halo support as indicated in the above post

You'll have to do those missions again. The armor should unlock when Halo Waypoint shows them all completed. Make sure you're not using any skulls like the scarab gun that hinder achievement progression.
