    I was talking to a friend, and he said he couldn't connect to Xbox live 360, because it was being shut down, if so, why didn't we get a message about this? And there are many people, including me and my friend, that still would love to use xbox 360 live.

    Your friend has incorrect information. Since the Xbox One just got Xbox 360 backwards compatibility, Live for Xbox 360 will probably be around for much much longer.

    So rest assured, that you as well as many other people can still enjoy Xbox Live for quite some time.

    Go to billing.microsoft.com and find out what the charges are for before jumping to conclusions. If you can't find charges there that correspond to your $21 charges then check your bank statements.
