The harassment of me and others is tolerated and rewarded by Xbox and yet I'm suspended for calling someone out on their hate speech towards me and others. Microsoft enforcement is a joke that punishes those that are already the victims of harassment and discriminatory behavior based on age, race, and geography.

Hello Tatorhead68, this forum is public viewing and unfortunately as independent consultants we do not have access there is some data like those of Enforcement nor how it does the management of suspensions or bans.

In cases like this the best you can do is not to fight back when provoked and immediately report who is bothering you.

Any kind of harassment is not tolerated. If your friend reported the user an action will be taken.

When it's unknown Amount of Accounts Blocking is useless. Everytime he Adds me it's a Different Account with the same Gamertag just with different numbers at the End. There needs be a way to Report him even it's through Xbox Support this type Behavior
should not go unpunished. Harassment is against the Code of Conduct yet somehow this Behavior is Tolerated even though it's Harassment.

I find that players are using foreign languages as a way to tease, chide, and even harass others. But if you defend yourself in English, suspension is swift. Even after asking the moderators to look at the issue or offering to show video of the ongoing
harassment - nothing is done. The last time I was suspended was due to players celebrating 9-11. There is a limit to tolerance.
