    The Gunk - The UE4-Dust Game has crushed and will close


    Hey,

    I was playing the Gunk game and was all working fine until recently. Now when I try to launch the game, it gets to menu, try to continue but the i get error "the UE4-Dust Game has crashed and will close". I tried to reinstall the game but the error still persist.

    Any suggestions?

    I use only one monitor so nothing to disable.

    But i reinstalled graphics drivers and it solved the issue.

    Complete given below directions to reset the app in Windows

    Step 1: Open the Settings app. This can be done by clicking its icon in the Start menu or simultaneously pressing Windows logo + I.

    Step 3: Click on the app that you want to reset to see the Advanced options link. Click on the same (advanced options link).

    Step 4: Finally, click the small Reset button. When you click the Reset button, you will find a small dialog box with “This will permanently delete the app’s data on this device, including your preferences and sign-in details.” Click the Reset button in the opened dialog box to reset the app.

    Step 5: Once the Reset is done, you will see a check sign next to the Reset button. And restart the Pc

    If this doesn't work, please confirm that your PC has all pending updates

    Hey Ricardo, Unfortuantely it did not solve the problem - i did reset and also tried fix option from advanced options but the error was still there. The game did opene, synced settings and when i tried to load the game it crashed again with same error.

    The PC has all updatesm it's on Win10
