Hi i purchased sprint and boost pack and get cant download message , i have touring car and drag pack they work fine ,i have been in contact with xbox support and ran through clearing cache and deleting profile but nothing works .can you help please ?.

I am having this same issue with the British Car Pack!! The Coupe Style Pack, Road & Track Car Pack & Black Edition Pack downloaded with no problem for me!!

I went through the entire plan of clearing cache, powering off... direct modem connection... deleted Marketplace System Data and it sounds like that this is a content problem and not my system!!

Please fix this or refund me the $2.99 to my account! Thank you for your assistance!

Just got the boost pack to download .I moved my game save onto a usb and it worked !. Unfortunately the sprint pack won't download, anyway hope this info helps anybody trying to download the boost pack.

Can confirm sprint pack downloaded last night but only after I formatted my hard drive.deleted and redownloaded my profile ,sprint pack would only download to a usb .

Can also confirm the same problem with the "Sprint Pack" DLC. Fails to download although it is ticked as purchased and downloaded. I tried to re-download it many times but get the same failed to download error. It doesn't matter if I try to download from
the game or from the marketplace. Tried also other solutions but without any success... The money has been taken but the DLC cannot be downloaded. This is the only DLC I have a problem with - all others downloaded fine. Can you please check it?

Yep, I bought the Sprint Pack yesterday and I cannot download it to either one of my two Xbox 360s. Please escalate this again to the correct folks.

Why wont my newly purchased Touring Legends dlc download ??

I always keep "Backup files for games that allow it. For some reason you cant do this with some games.

Basically you just go to the harddrive or built in flash memory and copy selected files to another source.

You can do this also using a xbox compatible flash drive/stick or a "formatted" flash drive of youre choice.

Be warned,...some media/content like dlc and replays for games like forza cannot be copied to a flashdrive.

One other note as I made this mistake several years ago.

If you choose the option "Copy All" , make sure you manually count the items in whatever destination drive you are using. Some files for certain games will not be copied . If this happens you will get a message saying so and progress will be stoped.However
the xbox will not tell you which files were successfully transfered and which ones are still left on the original drive. I lost data before like this. You have to check before you delete anything.
