THE GREAT HULU FREEZE

Yesterday I called Xbox customer service to detail a problem that I have been having for the last 5 days and nothing has changed. In case it hasnt happened to you. Hulu has been freezing my xbox 1. Me and the representative tried EVERYTHING and nothing changed
it. The app is so bad that even when I play offline it still freezes my console. And it doesnt happen with any other app but this one. And when I called hulu they told me absolutely nothing but gave me two extra weeks which is like saying FU since I watch
Hulu on my Xbox only sp what is two weeks of nothing going to do for me. And what astounds me is that the xbox and Hulu rep both said the same thing that NOONE has reported it.. But Yet if you look at the reviews its ALL OVER THE XBOX PAGE!! And noone seems
to care! This happened right after the update to Cortana and has been a problem ever since! If you have this problem.. please dont just post it here. CALL MICROSOFT AND HULE AND REPORT THIS APP UNTIL ITS FIXED! The App review on the dashboard sits at 2.0 and
NOONE AT Microsoft notices it.. smh just wow

2017 Hulu NOT working correctly

I've been reading threads from 2013 that there have had issues with Hulu Plus. It freezes all the time. I get like 30 seconds of a screen, then it freezes for 2-3 minutes. There are known problems with Hulu Plus on the Xbox end.
4 or more years and the techs still haven't fixed the issue. I have the Xbox One S. It's not my internet, it's not Hulu, and yes I have uninstalled and reinstalled, and now getting a Loading Error. I'd like to be able to watch Hulu from my Xbox. I just
don't understand how everything else works fine on the Xbox. It's 2017, if the programmers can't fix it then they need to hire ones that can!!!

The app is developed and published by Hulu, not Microsoft. I get freezes and hiccups on pretty much all my devices. Let's just hope they sort it out one day.

 

I've seen some of reviews or comments about issues with Hulu plus for Xbox One. What's strange is in the past year I don't think I've had a single issue or even a hiccup once with it. Does uninstalling it and reinstalling it do anything? Do you have a
standard or ad-free account?
