Morning all i have the 1st golf club game is there an upgrade to add The Golf Club Collector's Edition to it

or do you have to buy the full game. Is it worth buying The Golf Club Collector's Edition .Cheers Alan

 

I'm hoping to have Diablo tomorrow so that's something extra to keep me going for a while but if I hear good feedback about The Golf Club I shall have no hesitation downloading it right away

 

I want a golf game i can play with the Kinect

 

See I'm not sure about Kinect golf, I tried the tiger woods version and Kinect sports one and just never seemed right not holding a club lol

 

I'm reading some early impressions of this game that suggest the default settings result in a bit of screen tearing. Fortunately, HBS has put an "enable v-sync" option in the settings menu that gets rid of this. However, it will lock the video to 30 fps,
but I don't think it will be that noticeable as long as the control input stays locked at 60 fps... and it does.

They look ok to me. I'd of like to have seen a super extended longevity achievement such as play a 5000 rounds or something along those lines!

I'm going to buy this but If its £35 we're having our pants pulled down as per.

 

Can you play multiplayer matches against live opponents as tiger woods golf or is this just rivals and friends ghosts.we have only had tiger woods for years it will make a change to have a new golf game.but if its like powerstar golf then its only really
single player.

 

Head over to the official The Golf Club website (can't do linkys on my phone) and there is a multiplayer tutorial video and it looks like you can invite friends to play with you at the same time or turn based. TGC never originally had this option as it was
just ghosts. The ability to play with friends is a massive selling point for me and as long as the swing mechanics and physics are true this game will have infinite longevity for me.

 

Very confusing video .it seems there are no online lobbies.the video says you can invite friends or join their game or play random ghosts of previously played rounds.but unless ive got it wrong you cant play someone live whos not on your friends list .

 

The whole game seems very cloak and dagger but I need a new and (hopefully!) decent golf game. It's the £35 cost I'm most uncomfortable with tbh.

 

This is the next gen.yet no online lobbies .i was hoping for a quick match mode .this should be about £20.if it was on disc could buy for£35 and sell for£15 ish.
