The Golf Club game lost connection error

There is a problem with the game The Golf Club Collectors Edition.Every time when i start up the game it says connection error but my internet connection are working .This is now going for weeks and is very frustrating .Can someone fix the problem? Any ideas ?

Hi, I hope you're doing great out there. I am an Independent advisor and I am here to help you in regard to your concern.

Kindly perform an extended powercycle and reset your network hardware by following the steps below:

1. Unplug the power cable from the back of the router, modem, or gateway for 5 minutes. If you have a router and a modem, unplug the power cable from both devices.

2. Press and hold the Xbox button on your console for 10 seconds or until it turns off then wait for 2 minutes before turning it on again.

3. After 5 minutes, plug the modem or gateway in first, and wait for all the lights to return to their normal state.

4. If you are using a router, plug in the router and wait for all the lights to return to their normal state.

Hi Yuppy 261 if you ever find the problem can you let me know please and I will let you know if I do. It’s frustrating as it’s my best game and better than the other golf games. I see there’s 20 people having the same issue.

Hi all. Just tried the suggested remedy for the connection issue with above golf game. My history is, all was working fine and then for no Rhym or reason the game would not connect on-line!! I have carried out suggested fix, did not work. My Xbox 1 IS connected to the internet, I have tested the connection via the Xbox software and also pinged a know active DNS server, all good, all connected. Please can anyone offer another solution to this frustrating situation.

Hi did you solve this sign in problem with the Golf Club as iv’e had the same issue. My problem started about six months ago and iv’e not been able to play it since no matter what I do to solve it. Please let me know how you got on as it’s my favourite game and very frustrating.

I think HP Studios have shut it down, I can’t think of any other.

Sorry for such a slow reply from me, not the norm!!!! I think you are totally correct, HP Studios have done something for the game suddenly to drop the internet connectability. Please keep me posted if you unearth any other answers. Kind regards.
