The Gentleman's Race Club (Project Cars)

Hopefully the practice sessions etc leading up to the race tonight will help as you'll get to follow others round the track so you can see how other are taking the corners. I think it's a good way to learn as you'll always pick up and learn something new

Has anyone managed to change the button configuration, as want to drive with manual gears, but keep getting the message "not all required controls are assigned".

Hope you had some good races tonight.

Enzo I won't even go there with manual gears so not got a clue mate !

 

Enzo, there are a few buttons that still need to be mapped no matter what, the best advice I can give is take a photo of the default on your phone or write them down that way you can work out what's missing had the same issue here. Manual gear on the bumper
buttons was a but of a stupid idea on the revs parts if you ask me, same with actually needing the hand break assigned too :/

I was such a gentleman I pulled over to let Fatalshock overtake me thinking he was one of the front runners about to lap me for the umpteenth time !!

 

Was a good race, I'll sort out another one soon for us. Hopefully we can get a few more to come along to the next one get a grid full

I'll have a look at the tracks and car at the weekend, unless you guys have any suggestions?

 

I'd be happy with any track that just goes in a straight line but no doubt I'd still spin off!!

Any track / cars you go for I'm more than happy to bring up the rear again

 

Unfortunately I couldn't make the Spa race, but hoping I get the opportunity to race with you all soon.

I've not got any track suggestions due to not playing the game enough, but maybe some not in Forza 5? Many of us have raced on those tracks together quite a bit already. I like the idea of Imola; I don't think I've raced that in a video game since Grand
Prix 3 on the PC...
