The gaming settings is literally nowhere to be found

I mean the huge button called "Gaming" that pops up when u click settings it's literally not there

I'm able to play games just not able use gamebar, so do I have to re install windows again? Or can is there some sort of package I need to install

You have installed an unofficial build of Windows 10, and as such does not include the gaming settings. If you want to play Games on the PC, you will need to install an official build of Windows 10 or 11 from Microsoft.
