The games wont load

    The games wont load


    The app opens fine and signs in...but no matter which game I click it goes to a blank white screen. I assume the ads arent loading, so it wont launch the game.

    everything is broken...

    youtube wont open,twitch doesnt load,activity feed wont load,games with gold area does not load...

    and i am not the only one with these problems...GG Microsoft

    Game wont load?

    Im having the same problem and i tried to delete the game and reinstall it and reload it. So does that mean the file is corrupted?

    The games wont load

    This should fix it (Reset App Data)

    This will delete your progress but it will sync back after re-launching if you are playing the game while signed in on Xbox Live. before.

    Settings > Apps > Apps & features > Click Microsoft Solitaire Collection > Advance options > Reset
