The games that i bought disappeared

Another question to ask, what games were they just on the very remote possibility that since purchasing these games they’ve been delisted from the Microsoft store

I dont know how many profiles you have on your console, but are you sure that you're signing in to the account that you used to buy the games? It's an easy thing to overlook if you have more than one profile on your Xbox One.
