The games I purchased and downloaded can be played by another user (account) on my old console?

After 5 years with my 360 I just bought a XBOX ONE and I decided to sell my old console. Over the years I bought a lot of games which are now (most of them) downloaded to my XBOX 360 console. Before I packed the console I deleted my profile from it
but the games are still there.

My question is, the person who will buy my console will it be able to play the games I bought and are already downloaded to the console? Does it need some special requirements (like having a gold account)? All the games will be available to play, even
the ones I received for free in the games with gold program?

If I install one of my 360 games (the games that are backwards compatible) to my new XBOX ONE console they will be deleted from my XBOX 360 console? Or they will remain also there to be played by however buys my console?

I know that I can find out this by myself by logging onto the console with a brand new account to test if I can play the games or not but it took me some time to pack the console along with the controllers, cables and some game disc and I don’t want
to start it all over again.

The way Xbox licences work is that the account (Gamertag) that the item was purchased on can be downloaded and played on any Xbox. Also, the first console that it was purchased/downloaded on will be able to be played by any account on that console. the licences
can be transferred (all licences on an account) to another console once a year, for more details on that click

here. In the future if you download the game with your sisters account, do it on your console first then she is free to play it on her Gamertag and you are free to play it on your console.

 

Question about sharing Destiny on two different 360s

I plan on buying Destiny and my friend is gonna download it from me. Apparently, if you wanna play Destiny on another console on your account, you have to be signed on at all times on the account that purchased it, where as if you wanna play it on the console that you purchased Destiny on, you can sign on any accounts no problem to play it.

Now this is just what I heard, but I'm confused because my friend managed to download other games from me that I had purchased and play it without any problems. She had to sign onto my account to download it, but once she was finished, she could hop back onto her account and play it with no problems.

 

The games that were on the previous console (which is no longer in your possession) are attached/associated to your Gamertag. The person who is the new owner will not be able to play the games.

The games which you install to your Xbox One will not be deleted from your Xbox 360. If the games are psychical copies, then you own those games and have no trouble redeeming to your Xbox One. The person who bought the Xbox 360 (or owns) will not be able
to play those games because they are associated to your Gamertag.
