The games I paid for won’t start because of your system failure !!!

Can’t play my games that I paid you because of your system problems. I’m so sick why do I stay with x-box if you guys can’t let me play my own games !!!?? This is frustrating! Fix this !!

Polygon had an article up in the last couple of days talking about start up costs for sports franchises on consoles being a barrier to entry. The title of the article is "NBA 2K is bigger than Madden because it paid for others' failures".

 

Can't start a game on 3 XBOX ONE Consoles

Yesterday, the problem starts,

that my friends want to start a game on disk or downloaded and this takes a huge time.

Then the failure code appears.

MS is aware of the issue that is going on right now and working hard to resolve it. Keep checking periodically as I am sure they will have it back up and going before long

Sorry to hear about the issue you're dealing with, I can understand that it could be frustrating not being able to play your games.

If you don't mind, can I ask what exactly is happening to your console and which console is it?

Is it giving you some kind of error when you try to play the games?
