    The game stole my zen!


    I exchanged 100 zen for 195 astral diamonds each, the zen was gone from my account but got no astral diamonds, it was on the log, so i logged off to see if it was bugged and when i came back the log showed that i NEVER made a transaction?!

    If you look on my history, you will see that since launch i almost never touched xbox 1 because i didn't find something interesting to do and when i do, i pay for something on the game and get stolen...I already opened a ticket on the Arc support but i
    won't play this weekend anymore...

    Zen purchase history in Neverwinter?

    The Game Neverwinter I buy Zen money. Where do I find my zen purchase history when I spend the Zen in the game? I remember having more then the game is showing me.

    Paid for Zen on Neverwinter..... haven't recieved it

    Bought Zen from the in game store, xbox took my money, still havent recieved the Zen in game...? Any suggestions??

    That is not surprising. You can't even purchase zen while in game with astral diamonds. I should have over 600 zen but instead I have no diamonds an no zen. Arc could do better I am sure

    That was for Neverwinter Zen and Star Trek Zen. Since those are for two different games, neither of them met the $5 minimum for 1, 2, FREE.
