The game setting Fifa 19 two pads, two players on the Xbox one

Thanks for coming to the forums. There should be a section to choose local coop or local match. You would need to sign in an account on both controllers, or an account and a guest account. When both controllers are synced you select play now and then you
can choose a side.

If both controllers are connected & synced then you simply select your sides at the appropriate pre-match screen.

Thank you for responding. When it comes to FIFA, you do not need a second account. Simply launch the game, head on over to the "Play" tab and select the option for "Kick Off." Skip through the tip screen until you see an image of each controller. On this
screen, move the controllers to opposite sides. You will be given the option for various game modes, go with "classic" and that should take you to the team selection. Hope this helps! If you have any other questions don't be afraid to reach out. Been playing
