The Game pass bug

I am having an issue with sea of thieves with something I have come to find out is called the game pass bug, what it basically does is if you own a game that is part of the service game pass, once the game pass is over a a rare bug causes a game you own
to suddenly believe you got it through the game pass and cease to be owned by you, losing the license to the digital copy. This is an issue I have run into which is an absolute horrid of a bug as Xbox support refuse all possibilities that I have ever owned
sea of thieves regardless of the images I show them, and regardless that the image I sent clearly lacks the ability to buy the game to keep as it would when you have a game through the game pass, they constantly point out that I have had the game pass so that
must be the issue. Effectively calling me an idiot. I need help with this and I would really like for this bug to fall into the hands of any more victims

Games Pass Error/bug

I got kicked off my game before due to an error with game pass, I have paid for the monthly subscription yet I get an error code if I try to play any of my games. The Microsoft store says I have no membership yet my account page and bank statement tell me
I do! Please don't tell me to remove my profile and add it again as ive seen people saying it doesn't work (there's a lot of people having the same problem) when will this mess be fixed?

Please reset my account your end or I'll be unsubscribing I think

 

Bug Xbox Game Pass

Is it possible that you have more than one Microsoft account? Perhaps the subscription is coming from another?

You can't lose the license of a game you have purchased under your account. Every purchase get registered under your purchasing history and can be verified at anytime

 

As M3tal Daz3 has said you can not lose a license you already own. This issue keeps being brought up on places like here and Reddit but when asked to file an official report or speak to Major Nelson about it the people always disappear. If it is a real problem
