The game no longer launches

Hello, When I run the game the logo pops up and then disappears and the game does not launch. The game starts sometimes, I was able to play 30min.

The games is well installed, I have all the updates and drivers OK.

My config: W10, i7-4790, GTX 970, SSD.





Strangely it's been several times that I test from 6pm and the game does not launch. Do you have problems with the game server? I wish I could play the game how to do it? I've already tested a lot of things seen on the forums.

Can you help me please?

Killer instinct will no longer launch

Rather than loading it from your pins, home tab, try going to the My Games & Home and launch it. If it doesn't launch immediately, hit the Xbox button on your controller, then hit the Menu button, select Quit and try and load it again from your My Games
& Apps tile. If that still doesn't work, power cycle your console by holding the Xbox console touch button for 8 seconds until it turns off, then wait 30 seconds, then turn it back on, and see if this fixes the problem. Let us know if this works.

After the Xbox One update yesterday i cannot get KI to load at all anyomre the screen pops up adnd auto closes five seconds later.

 

I just found a workaround for me in the gears forum. While noticing the "play-button" wasn't there for Gow4 in the xbox app i installed a small app via windows store (e.g. candy crush). After that the play button reappeared and i could launch gears again
without downloading the whole 120 GB. Hope it helps!

 

Unbelievable ! it works! you only have to download a small app and Gears of war start correctly. I will finally be able to play it. Thank you so much for this tip.

 

Have tried several times and the games open but close in 2 seconds and won't launch

The first course of action in thia case will be to uninstall and reinstall the game, as well as a full power cycle. This should hopefully correct the issue, please let us know if you need additional assistance!

 

The game??? Which game is it at least we need to know what it is so we can get some information on it...
