    The game keeps crashing and going back to the desktop.


    I click on the app and the game loads. Then when I click on an individual game inside the collection, screen flashes and goes back to the desktop. When I play other xbox games everything is fine and the game plays fine, no problems. I have tried uninstalling
    the app, restarting the computer and reinstalling the app, still have the same problem. Please explain.

    The game is so unstable. It keeps going back to level 1, You should get your money back if the game keeps crashing.

    Ads keep freezing games

    While playing sudoku and various games on my desktop. The ad rotation keeps crashing my game. I don't mind the ads. I do mind that they are actually disrupting game play.

    I have uninstalled reinstalled several times now. Fixes it for a short bit every time I do. However, even that is problematic. I choose to uninstall and that goes fine. Then I go to the Store to reinstall and it hangs at 74% downloaded. I try to cancel the
    install and it keeps crashing back to the desktop. After several tries I can finally get it downloaded, works fine for a few days and then crashing again
