The game is not working because of graphics card

you have to tell us which game which graphics card you're trying to use

This could be because the graphics card can't handle the game, please, take a screenshot of the graphic card specifications to compare with the game minimum requirements

I've tried testing other games, and my results were: ticket to ride: worked. undertale: worked. deadcells: did not work and returned the same error message. but it can't be my graphics card anyways (I have RTX 2070 super) because the xbox (beta) app returns
the same error message and the game cant even start, it never gets to launch so there's no way it's my graphics card.

I upgraded everything except for the graphics card, ssd, and hard drives. the game was working fine in my other pc with the same graphics card, and every other game I have on my pc now works fine too.
