The game is displayed on half the screen

Hi, my console is connected to a conventional (non-LCD or LED) TV via composite cable. In the settings console have a normal TV (not widescreen). Run the game Resident Evil 4. But the game is displayed on half the screen and still looks like for a widescreen,
despite the settings I made.

I want to see the game in full screen. What do I need to do?

I don't actually understand your question, when trying to play online games what is the error displayed on the screen?

Is anything displayed on the screen when it flashes the code?

 

Do you have another TV you can test the game on? As long as the game and TV are set to normal, everything should be fine. Can you try with another cable?

The only things I can think of, if the settings are as you say, are either a busted cable or busted TV

 

I haven't another TV or cable to check. I think the problem is still TV. It's the old model. But Microsoft should have written on the packaging or instructions that the console is limited support older model TV via composite cable.

 

Hi, check your tv settings for something named Closed Captions or something similar and turn that off. Also check the closed captions option on the xbox itself.

Games are only displaying half screen. New cables it's connected correctly. What I'm I missing? When watching tv it's full screen..
