    The game im trying to download says that the game is "not compatible" but i have no idea...


    the error message is (0x87e0000d) i dont see how my game could be incompatible because its a x/s optimized game and i have an xbox series x i tried to download it into my internal storage with 500 gigabytes free because some games cant go in the external after that didint work i tried forcing it to install but everytime i manully made it install it would go back to saying "instllation stopped" no matter how much i did it i then scoured the xbox help but the error message wasent even on there and the only lead i found was some feature that was supposed to help the optimazation for the game but that went nowhere it also said somthing about not being connected to xbox but i cant see how because it said everything was fine and i had a strong internet connection and all my subscriptions are up to date and i knew the purchase went through because it charged me and i still owned the game after restarting just to make sure

    First you need to tell us what game you're trying to download

    You're 100% positive that you have an Xbox series X and not an Xbox one X correct?

    I have the same problem but when i goto setting it says "Microsoft" right next to my internal drive, but i can't play original xbox games. (yes the games i'm trying are on the backwards compatibility list, and yes i have downloaded all the updates). Any

    There is a free compatability pack up now in the download section in the games menu. Problem is its glitched and says -1 point to download. Im sure it will be fixed soon.

    I'm having similar issues with Compatibility pack #2. When I try to download, it says it's unavailable for purchase. It seems to be the only one with a cost of "$0.00" in the GTA download section in-game. Please fix this.
