The game i got is not working

Have you tried to insert a different disc game and check if the same issue will occur?

Also, let's try to install the game digitally.

1. Cancel the installation and remove the disc.

2. Perform a powercycle on your console.

​​​A. Turn off your console by holding the Xbox button on the front of the console for approximately 10 seconds. The console will turn off. ​​​

B. Turn your console back on by pressing the Xbox button on the console or the Xbox button on your controller. ​​​

3. Launch Xbox app on your phone and search for the game.

4. Click the game and choose "Download to Console"

5. Wait for the game to install completely before inserting the disc to play it.

I got it to work took some of the advice and got the game pass. It freaking worked. Losing my **** after the struggle of this and I just had to pay for the stupid Xbox gaming pass. So I found a solution if anyone wants to confirm it's the issue is not having a gaming pass for Xbox work right way for me once I got it.

keeps crashing every time about 5 mins from the end of the workout really annoying....

For me, even after update of today, app load but after the main screen appear, before I select any workout, it crashes to home.
