The game i bought wont load

You won't be able to play it until the game is released.

For some reason it wont let me load it to fortnite and i had just bought the fortnite crew pass for $10 and i was supposed to get my vbucks yesterday but my game wont load up.

please try the manual power cycle steps like mentioned on the following link, be sure to wait at least 60 seconds before powering on again:

If that fails then first please run the network test on the console,

if all shows fine on there try the following steps

- remove the game (Uninstall)

- Power cycle the console

- Install the game via disc again.

If it still won't install the game from the disc, try to see if any other disc is being read properly by the console, if other discs aren't read then try a factory reset on the console (via Settings - console) to see if that helps.

If it all fails then try contacting Xbox Support via Phone or Microsoft Support Chat option to see if they have any other steps to try, or if needed set up a repair

Mine is. It will load and is functional but it wont load games and will proceed to crash. I digitally own the game

I bought Tony Hawks Pro Skater 1 and 2 on Disc and my Xbox Series X wont recognise its in the drive other than a few buzzing sounds that sound like the drive is attempting to read it but then NOTHING ???? There's nothing wrong with the drive as it plays all my other games just fine.. I've also hard reset the console AND STILL THE GAME WONT LOAD or PLAY etc..???

Its like I've paid for nothing in a box !!! Why wont this game load ?? Why does my Series X not realise the disc has been inserted ??

Feeling very annoyed. I bought this to play with friends this Christmas Time ...its so frustrating

PLEASE HELP !!!

Also the disc is in mint condition with no scratches etc ...???
