    친구를 통해 포르자 호라이즌4라는 게임을 6월 12일에 구매했었습니다.

    재미있게 플 이 하다가 한달 도를 안했더니 게임이 실행이 안됩니다.

    무언가 이상해서 마이크로소프트 스 어에 들어왔더니 게임이 라이브러리에서 사라졌습니다.

    이 에도 와 비슷한 사람들이 많이 있었던 것 같은데 모두들 해결방안이 안보여서 질문을 올리게 되었습니다.

    5만원에 가까운 큰 돈을 주 산 게임인데 이런 상황이 발생해서 답답합니다.

    I bought a game called Forza Horizon 4 from my friend on June 12th.

    I had fun playing, but I haven't played for about a month, so the game won't run.

    Something was wrong, so I entered the Microsoft store, and the game disappeared from the library.

    I think there were many people similar to me before, but everyone didn't see a solution, so I posted a question.

    It's a game I bought for a large amount of money close to 50$, but I'm frustrated that this situation has occurred.

    Please check your Order history to confirm that the game was successfully purchased under your account: https://account.microsoft.com/billing/orders/

    If it is, try to remove your profile, then turn off the console and remove the power cord; wait for 1 to 2 minutes before plugging it back in and turn on the console and sign in and try again!

    If it is not on that order history list, then you will have to contact the support through: https://support.xbox.com/en-US/contact-us

    It might have dissapeared from your game list because of an Xbox Error with new Dashboard (Also in case your in the Preview Program that you'll get updates that might have some errors), but you should just be able to put the Witcher 3 disc in and it will
    install again with all of the Game Save still there and its back on your game list or if you bought it Digital you can just Download it again without any charges and your game save is also still there. Hope it helped! :)
