    "Hello, I had Forza Horizon 3 on my account with additions (I can’t say exactly with what), but after changing the account name ((Ivan Ivan was) I wrote an ambulance, I thought to fix it later), the game disappeared + I can’t log in to microsoft store
    - gives an error (you cannot log in now, try again later) "
    I also have a nickname in the XBOX (previously Dmi3riy)

    Hello Dmitry,

    The gamer tag you posted is that your original gamer tag? If not then you are signing in with the wrong email. You will need to figure out what email you used when you created your original account. If unable to figure it out at all, you can request a call
    back and provide them with your original gamer tag. If they can verify the account they can provide the details.

    When you go to

    Contact Us
    to get it to request a callback follow these steps:

    • Step 1 ----select Xbox One
    • Step 2 ----select see other options then subscription changes
    • Step 3-----select show contact options
    • Step 4 ----select request a call from support

    Once they call explain the issue and they will be able to help you. Note that these options regularly change so just keep selecting something that gives request a call from support as a contact option.

    As mentioned above, please go to Xbox.com and sign in with the original account. It sounds like you signed in with a different email, that is why the game is gone. Once you sign in you can go to your library on the website and see what games you own.

    There was such a sequence
    1) I change my account name
    2) reinstall windows, because my past has eternal departures
    3) Install new
    After that, I can not log in and do not see the game in my library
