The game freezes at a cutscene

so i purchased this game from games on demand, and the first time i downloaded it, it froze at a darth vader scene, where he asks if kota is dead. then i re-downloaded it and it worked fine, until i got to a loading screen in raxus prime. it said unreadable
disc. then i re-downloaded it again, got past that loading screen and now it freezes at a cutscene where starkiller is sitting in front of his lightsaber. it almost get's together but then it freezes. i re-downloaded it again but know it still freezes. is
there any fix for this?

and yeah, i deleted the cache thing already

COD Ghost Cutscene Freeze on Campaign

Having some issues with COD Ghost Cutscene freeze on No Man's Land. It freezes at the same point everytime.

Have tried:

1. Deleting Cache

2. Deleting and reinstalling game data

3. Deleting Game Save info and starting fresh

4. Replacement Disc - Freezes at exact same location on new disc.

Open to any suggestions...

Purchased Game Keeps Freezing

A quick google search reveals that Silent Hill: Homecoming is an extremely glitchy game, so it's not just your copy of it. It appears that you have done most of the suggested things to fix the problem, but another suggestion that pops up is do NOT skip cutscenes
at all. Even the cutscenes that are before where the game freezes for you should not be skipped. I hope that helps.

It's possible it could be an issue with your gamertag. Please follow the steps at the link below to delete the tag from the backwards compatibility menu and then redownload it.

I'm having an issue almost exactly the same. Every time I get to Act 2, the cutscene that plays usually freezes my game and if I skip the cutscene then there's this loading screen that never ends. This is utter ***

Happens to me, too. I haven't even got to use Disc 2 yet. I'm thinking of returning the game, because the cutscenes do not play correctly, or freeze.

So I'm not the only one that's experiencing this. It freezes for a few seconds then go back to normal This happens during cutscenes, and during gameplay. It happens every few minutes. It's pretty annoying, to the point that I've stopped playing the game.
