the game For Honor from games with gold wont launch

i downloaded a game from games with gold on my old xbox account but it got banned a while ago. i tried reinstalling the game and when i start up the game it said

i have made sure my xbox live gold is active and checked the error code to try resolve this problem but i still cannont play the game i previously could. this was not downloaded in a free to play weekend but it was installed while a part of games with gold
and still shows me that it is
