    The GameDVR is so bad!

Video looks just fine to me. For a quick, built in, always on DVR, I think the X1 does a mighty fine job. If you want full HD and picture perfect results, you're going to need something more than the built in DVR. I'm sure none of the sites uploading HD
quality videos of the games we love are using the X1's built in DVR.

Having said the above, I could understand you saying these videos are not HD quality, but to state that they are "unwatchable"? Really? This is meant for uploading quick clips to show your friends and whatnot, not for making trailer quality videos.

New Upload Studio makes extremely jerky videos

Before the update to Upload Studio there was no issue with image quality whatsoever, I've regularly edited and uploaded videos from the app. But since the new update came out and you can insert all those fancy effects (which are useful by the way), the end
results are extremely jerky. Whereas the original Game DVR clips are smooth, what comes out of Upload Studio is stuttering all the time. The screen stutters as if the framerate was extremely bad. I've noticed this in both a Trials Fusion and
a Destiny video so it's not game specific. These videos are barely enjoyable at all.

    Recording at 60 fps ? How ?

If your computer has been updated with the Anniversary Update, there will be an option in Settings > Game DVR to set your Video quality to "60 fps".

    Problem With Recording

Are you video card drivers up to date?

Go to the Xbox app > Settings > Game DVR and make sure the quality is high.

    Problems with Game DVR

Sorry to hear you're having issues with the DVR. Since Xbox on Windows uses the Windows settings, there's where you need to start looking into.

If you head to PC settings -> Gaming -> Game DVR, this is where the settings are. You mentioned audio issues, so I would check the "Recorded Audio" setting and see what it's set to. If the quality is bad, you'll need to up to a better quality. As for the
video, if it has issues, it may be an issue with the frame rate capture. Make sure it is set to 30FPS and not 60FPS. While 60FPS is superior, it also requires more processing power and it could be an issue if you're playing a game that is using most of the
computer's processing. Also, lower the video quality to standard.

Hopefully, this should help you get back to recording your games.
