    hello, sorry i'm french...

    So, i was download UFC, for 59€, and i can play 1 week, but now, this games don't start, he is blocked at the time's download before "EA SPORT" ! Someone can help me ????

    I have try to delete, and re-download, but this is the same problem.

    The game don't start

    Hello!

    When I try to start the game, it's pops up a window that says "Check your account" with error code "0x803F8001". I chat with Microsoft support, but he didn't know the fix. I tried to reinstalled it yesterday, it work. But today, I have the
    same problem again.

    Help!

    If you have deleted it and tried to re-download I dont know what much more is left to try after that.. theyre have been several fighter updates put out also, maybe that is what's keeping your game from operating

    I think I have a fix, please message me if this works, or doesn't work.

    Okay, so hold down the power button on your Xbox One for a few minutes. It should reset, and the power brick will turn orange. Then turn back on your console and try to play the game.

    Be sure to use the same profile you purchased the game (for the digital version). Else, delete your profile from the console and re-download it.

    Refresh your cache memory, to do it go to the Dashboard , press and HOLD 10 sec the power button of the console, wait 30 sec.

    Restart console and try to play.

    Does it work ?
