the game ask me to buy gold live to play online but i bout it?

i buy live gold since 22-7-2014 and i play battlfeld online everday

but yestrday and today when i start game it told me to buy gold to play??

i go to www.xbox.com/account and the page in Transactions write this ''Sorry, there was a problem looking up your transactions. Refresh the page to try again.''



i don't know what i have to do please help me

Can I use more then one profile on the same account.

My ask is almost this.

My xbox are arriving to me on this week and I'm with a question.

I'll buy the live gold for play games online and also to buy digital games.

my questions...

my gf will use my xbox with me, on their own profile. their will have access on the games that I buy ?

and, they can play online using their profile but my live gold ?

its like, the live gold is for the xbox console (and all profiles) or is for each profile, then my gf need to buy gold also ?

xbox live gold not working

I bought Xbox live Gold from the Xbox store and it says I have it but when I try to play online or join/start a party it asks me to buy gold again!
