    The functions of my xbox one controller no longer work on Windows


    my Xbox one controller is not being recognized by windows with bluetooth, windowns indicates that it has a connected controller, but when I press the button with the X logo on the controller nothing runs, Steam and games don't recognize it
    either, its was working normally until just before pairing a PS4 controller to the pc, a program called InputMapper was installed to supposedly help the recognition of the controller, I canceled this program and everything related, deisitalei bluetooth driver,
    disconnected and reconnected tried several things, will reset the system to an earlier date and nothing, the windowns will never again interpret the control normally, help please

    Hello Alessandroda Andrade,

    Please, first try to connect your controller via USB cable to your PC to see if it works or not.

    This will tell us is the issue is with the gamepad itself or with the bluetooth connection with said device.

    Have you tried connecting the controller to an Xbox or another PC? I'm thinking it might be a problem with the controller itself.

    I'm having the same problem. My wireless controller was working with my receiver yesterday, and today after installing the Windows 10 update, it no longer works. It's highly unlikely that this problem coinciding with what looks like a major Windows update
    is coincidental. Either this is a bug, or Microsoft no longer supports (i.e. disabled) 360 controllers with Windows 10 and wants us to buy Xbox One controllers.

    I'm hoping it's a bug.
