The free membership is valid till 10-20-16 and you shut me off, that is not what I was told.

PUBG requires a gold membership as it is an online multiplayer game only. If you already have a gold membership then try deleting your profile then power cycle the console by holding the power button on it for 10 seconds till it shuts down and then redownload
your profile.

As you been told in the other thread

You have to turn off autorenewal and wait till your account becomes free to play

Then you can add.the gold

Adding it now will only stack your membership at conversion rate 4/1 which means 4 months for every 12 month code

I already contacted EA and they told me that it is probably a problem with my account, I have an adult one(gold) ..valid till nov 2017

I have the same problem. I have a valid XBox One gold membership until 04/2019 and I can not download Cobalt for free. It says 14,99€ what is the regular price. What can I do to get the game for free? I would like to play it with friends. The free games
are the only reason I pay for the gold membership.

If you just added the membership give it some time to populate the account. Otherwise log in to

https://account.microsoft.com/services to make sure of the status of the membership and then try powercycling the console by holding the power button on it for 10 seconds till it shuts down to see if that helps
