I've been seeing this problem among players a lot, but never a solution. I've tried verifying files, uninstalling/reinstalling, disabling overlays, and the only thing that works is switching to another system that doesn't have the specs to run the game. It's frustrating that this issue pops up after paying for the game and all that DLC, because now I can't even play it. It's a waste of money, and I have already missed out on the rewards I wanted when I initially made the purchase. This is the worst experience I've had with any game because spending money shouldn't break a game. I have been trying for about a month now, and I really just wish I could get my money back. I genuinely feel victimized.

Thanks for confirming. To further isolate the issue, please try to test your network connection, try a different profile, re-add your profile and clear your game's local data.
