    "The following service is experiencing issues"


    Hardwired the xbox. Got the NAT open but underneath is it says "the following service is experiencing issues". Then there is a bullet under it that says "Purchase and Content Usage"

    Any ideas?

    My question is is Microsoft gonna refund me a day of live I've lost due to this or the premium time I purchased for my world of tanks ....answer I can assure you is no..Microsoft your support and communication with paying customers is terrible

    Menu at the top, in the support menu > Contact Us, find the issue that is closest to the problem and select it, at the bottom of the page is a list of contact us options select contact Microsoft support live chat (there is also an ambassador chat don't select
    that one)
