Sorry for the issue with your games. We recommend to try and
remove and re-add the profile. Also log onto
Xbox.com and make sure you see the games in your library. When you remove your profile,

power cycle the console.

it is extremely difficult to ban these devices the way you want them to be banned without also banning legitimate controllers

Which is why most developers have turned to server side detection, looking for patterns of behavior they indicate the user has the device rather than playing whack-a-mole patching the latest exploit

If you see someone you suspect of using a cheating device, you should report them both on Activision and Xbox systems

yeah sony has done no back peddling from their statement on DRM.
