The Evil Within Season Pass doesn't work!

It's been over 24 hours now and I still can't download The Assignment dlc with the season pass! What the hell is going on?

There's no menu option to download it and when it try's to search for downloadable content nothing happens. Remind me again why we pay £15 up front for content we can't even access!?

I'm finally able to download the DLC as well, just checked and the store option came up in game. Bethesda must've forgotten about the xbox 360 DLC and did some last minute fixing, so it's up suddenly. After all that junk the Bethesda staff told me about
how it's region locked so I can't download it from korea is freaking *** then.

Wow, goes to show how much Bethesda cares when they don't even know what's going on with their own game. Incredible. If they needed to fix some *** on their own end why not own up to it instead to blaming it on some other ***.

When you download does it stop at 80% or 99% and say "Can't Download"? If so then that is a sign that it is region locked. A lot of games and content are region locked. It is usually from a developer's side, but can also be restricted by the country. If
content is region locked, it can only be downloaded if your account region and your physical location match and you live in a region where the content is available.

 

I'm having the same problem. When I start the evil within it says "checking for season pass material" and then it just loads the main menu. I redownloades the season pass but nothing. Dlc doesn't even appear on the game itself

 

I have this same problem. I have been in contact with Bethesda support and it is an issue on Microsofts side. Cant believe how long its been taking. Nice to know im not the only one here

 

Im pretty sure its linked to the purchase and download service being down. But it has been a ridiculous amount of time now and still no notice from Microsoft.

 

This is beyond absurd. Microsoft needs to resolve this issue immediately. The Season Pass update to the game should have been released the very moment The Assignment was made available to the public. I would demand a refund if i thought that stood a chance
of happening. Get your crap together Microsoft.

 

Same here. The season pass content isn't working and not even showing up in the menu of the game. It just says its accessing the season pass content and nothing happens except the main menu popping up like usual. I don't think its fair to let everyone else
have the dlc before the season pass holders. I hope they fix this problem soon because I didn't pay for something that I can't even get access to. Hope its only related to the current problems xbox live is having with the system messing up....again. It seems
like when a new dlc comes out, xbox live goes down in the download section for a few days. Very frustrating because I've waited a very long time for this dlc and now this crap happens on the day of its release.

 

Thanks for not responding Xbox support, i knew we could rely on you.

It's working right now. I'd download quick before live goes haywire again! Quick! Lol

 

Cheers DystopianRain, I've just loaded the game and it's finally working! Season Pass Store is now on the main menu.

Someone should give you a job working for xbox support.
