The Evil Within Fighting Chance Pack

I pre-ordered The Evil Within digitally back on Oct 13th which included the bonus Fighting Chance Pack.

Once the transaction went through both the base game, and the bonus pack, appeared in the "ready to download" tab. However, after a few issues with a disc drive error, I found out my consoles ability to download updates and specific games was locked down
until I sent it in for repairs. Reluctantly... that's what I did.

I never actually got a chance to download and play The Evil Within until I received my Xbox back from being repaired a few days ago. Excitedly I began going through all of the steps to get my console back to the way it was... and finally began downloading
and installing the game I purchased and had been waiting to play for over a month. I noticed something was amiss. The pre-order bonus pack, which was there prior to sending my console in for repairs, had disappeared. I know the items don't appear in-game until
Chapter 3, so that isn't the issue. I've also attempted power cycling the console like I see suggested on a few posts. Don't suppose there is anyway to remedy this issue?

Code for Evil Within pack not redeeming ("Something went wrong")

I'm also having this issue with 'The Evil Within' and the Fighting Chance pack.

Anyone knows if the digital bundle comes with the Fighting Chance Pack.

 

Please head to My Games & Apps and scroll all the way to the right until you see Ready To Download. If the item is not listed there for download then try to find it in the Store and install it from there.

 

Thanks for the quick reply, and I failed to mention that in my initial post. I've already exhausted that route to see if I could locate the bonus pack again. It's not in the Ready to Download page, Manage Game page, Store page, or the download queue. It
was there prior to sending the console in for repair.

 

Ok, thanks for the info. What I would suggest you do here then is contact phone support to see if they can help with the issue. If you live in North America you can dial 1-800-469-9269.

Also, to prevent this from happening in the future you should look into getting an external hard drive to store your downloads and games on. The console now supports USB 3.0 drives ranging in size from 250GB to 16TB.
