    The Evil Within 2 - Download from Microsoft Store To Xbox One


    The game will download, and then states to press any button to start game. No matter what button is pressed, the game will not move beyond the start that displays a projector and projector screen. The games music, and the controller left and right joy
    sticks work only.

    We’ve checked Xbox One memory and it’s good, and we’ve uninstalled and installed the game twice. What is the problem? Thanks.

    Hi there,

    I'm sorry to hear about these issues with The Evil Within 2, I know it can be frustrating. I'd be happy to help.

    I suggest troubleshooting the Xbox by giving it a hard reset and power cycle. Hold down the power button on the console for about 10 seconds until
    it shuts down and then remove the power cable from the Xbox and the power outlet for a few minutes.
