Wierd that Treyarch used to be the filler.

They used to provide the "stunt COD" while Infinity Ward made the next real one.

Somewhere along the road... people decided they really liked the "stunt COD".

So who is ready for some zombies. Hopefully they did it right and did not screw it up like they did with Advanced Warfare. Treyarch has a better record with this though so we shall see.

 

I've got Forza pre-ordered, downloaded and ready to go......question is will the current issues with Forza 5 carry over to Horizon and make the game unplayable

 

You talking about the constant cars jumping around the track when playing online because that is the main reason I do not play the online. I know it is not my connection because I have the fastest connection Time Warner offers for my area.

It's an issue with Forza, the Cloud and DLC cars and tracks. If you attempt to use any of the DLC you get stuck in a load screen which requires a hard reboot to launch any other games after leaving Forza.

Only official announcement has been from Turn 10 confirming it's a Cloud issue. Some have said it's only beta preview people having the issue, others claim they are having the issue and aren't in the beta.

It's been happening for 4 days now.

 

Ahh I have not played it in almost a month. Maybe that is why I was unsure what you meant.

 

If you go into Forza and try to race on Nurburgring you see if it's impacting you. Apparently it's all DLC but I have a career race at Nurburgring I've been trying to do so I know first hand that track won't load.

As of an hour ago it's still broken so fingers crossed it won't be an issue in Horizon.

 

Oh man, I want this, but I don't! Ahhhhh.

Also I've had the cars jumping around the track issues, like all of sudden there's a huge crash, but we haven't even moved off the mark and it's also a drag race! Very annoying.

Retailers in Australia and NZ won't be releasing it til Thursday this week. Guess it's being delayed here. Here it's 6pm Tuesday. Really sunny as it's spring for us.

 

I have both downloaded. I'm currently playing Middle Earth: Shadow of Mordor. I'm going to play Horizon 2 a little bit later.

 

I have Shadow Of Mordor pre-ordered, it's out on Friday here in the UK, cannot wait, I'm passing on Horizon 2.

 

Shadows of Mordor should be awesome. Look forward to playing this today.
